Q) How can I track my order?
A) There are two ways to check the tracking number and shipment whereabouts as follow:
1) If you created an account with us, log into that account. Under 'Orders' select the order by clicking on the order number. From here if you scroll down you'll see on the right hand side under 'Shipping Details' a tracking link. Click this to be redirected to the couriers website for your shipment details and whereabouts.
2) When your order has been shipped by us you will receive an email stating so. Open this email and find the tracking details, then click the link to be redirected to the couriers tracking page for shipment details and whereabouts.
Q) When will my order be shipped?
A) Generally if an order placed and paid for before 10AM it will be shipped the same day. Usually up until midday it will still be shipped same day.
Q) How long will it take to receive my order?
A) For EXPRESS service anywhere in Australia it is generally a next day delivery. However is some circumstances some remote locations may be delivered the following day. To select a specific postage method at checkout upon entering your address you may then choose which method you would prefer.
For STANDARD service, including Free Shipping it varies by where you are located. See below:
1) Sydney Metro is usually within 3 days;
2) NSW is 3-4 days on average;
3) Eastern Australia 4-6 days on average;
4) Rest of Australia is also 4-6 days but can sometimes be a few days longer for more remote locations.
