Shipping
We will ship to any viable address in Australia. For shipping outside of Australia, please contact us only if there is a problem getting a shipping quote at checkout. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products may not be able to be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose, except where 'free shipping' is selected. We ship via Australia Post, with an expected 2-6 day shipping time frame depending on your location.
For your convenience, we offer three methods of shipping: Free Shipping, Standard Shipping, which you may opt to purchase as this offers tracking, and; Express Shipping, which is also optional at cost, and offers tracking. Where you, the customer, opt for 'Free Shipping', we will ship it as we see best fit. Within Australia both free and standard shipping can vary in delivery times between 1-4 days for NSW, 3-7 for the east coast, and 5-10 days for everywhere else in Australia. All days are stated as business days only.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.
Returns Policy
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We do allow returns for items that are in unused, new condition within 30 days of your order being placed, however, shipping costs are to be incurred by the customer. To allow for the highest quality of shipped products we check every product before we pack it to send to you. If for any reason there is a problem with a product we send you please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve it immediately.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving the returned item(s), however, in majority of cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period excludes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you have received the wrong item please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
